The Markington & District Rural Billiards & Snooker League was established in 1952, with its teams based in attractive Nidderdale in North Yorkshire. We carry on a fifty five year old tradition of competitive Billiards and Snooker over a rural area covering approximately one hundred and fifty square miles. League headquarters is at Ripley Star Club , just North of Harrogate.

All the clubs involved in the Markington & District League are friendly and open to new members, and if you live in the Nidderdale area and are interested in playing Billiards or Snooker either socially or competitively, then please contact us via e-mail at left, and we will endeavour to provide details of clubs in the area.
